🇬🇧 Return Policy – Dkhoni

At Dkhoni, we are committed to customer satisfaction and comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the delivery date without providing a reason, provided that:

• The product is unused and unopened
• In its original condition
• In original packaging with all accessories
• Proof of purchase is provided (invoice or order number)

2. Free Return Cases

Returns are accepted free of charge in the following cases:

• Defective product
• Incorrect item received
• Product damaged during shipping

📌 In these cases, Dkhoni covers all return shipping costs

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or used (especially perfumes & personal care products)
• The product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• No proof of purchase is provided
• Customized or special-order products

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Shipping fees may be deducted if the return is made without a valid reason

5. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact customer support
2. Provide your order number
